Can i change or cancel my order?Our packing delivery process usually occurs relatively quickly, meaning that once the order has been placed we can't change it before despatch therefore we need to be quick to cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed. Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before placing your order. I received the wrong itemsIn the unlikely event that you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, please contact us by clicking HERE with the following information and we'll get it sorted; Your order number The name of the item you didn't receive A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item) All claims for orders received incorrectly due to receiving the wrong item must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email titled "Your order has been shipped," which will include your tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your B.E.A.U Account. Please note that once your order is handed over to the courier, its arrival is unfortunately out of our direct control. How long will it take to process my refund?We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Once your return arrives at our warehouse and the quality has been approved, we’ll initiate your refund to your original payment method. Refund Initiation - If the return is approved, we’ll initiate the refund to your original form of payment. What is your returns policy?Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below: Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Condition of Items: Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn and unwashed, still have their product tags attached, and be packed in their original B.E.A.U. frosted zip bag packaging. Fair Use Policy: To ensure fair use of our returns policy and to protect against fraudulent activity, we have set the following guidelines: We reserve the right to withhold issuing a refund and block your account and any associated accounts if we detect fraudulent or unusual activity. This includes, but is not limited to: Claims of not receiving orders. Reports of missing items. Ordering and returning a large number of items. Unusual return patterns. Suspicions that items are being worn for extended periods before returning. Returning items that are worn, used, or do not match what was originally ordered. Legal Action: We reserve the right to take legal action if the items you return do not match what was originally ordered. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need an item in a different size or colour, please place a new order. Return Shipping Costs: Consumers are responsible for return shipping costs. As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons of hygiene: masks, gels, toiletries, lingerie, underwear, swimwear. Items that you have personalised or altered cannot be exchanged or returned because they are made exclusively for you and cannot be offered for sale again. What do I do if I have faulty/damaged items?We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty or damaged item. Here’s what you need to do: 1. Contact Us: Please contact us HERE to discuss your return options. 2. Return the Item: Return the item to us within 14 days of receipt so we can get this sorted for you. When prompted for a reason for your return, select ‘Faulty’. 3. Inspection: We may send the item to our inspection team to assess whether a manufacturing fault is present. 4. Refund Offer: Depending on the results of the inspection, an offer of a refund will be made. Please keep in mind that all items are inspected upon return. Items showing wear and tear rather than a manufacturing fault may not be refunded. Note: We are unable to send replacements for faulty items. If you need a new item, please place a new order.
